    1. Most of the reward takes up to 48 hours to proceed. In some case, it can take 3-4 working days. But don’t need to worry, it will be added to your account soon.

  7. i send money Rs 501 to my friend on 17.10.2017. but at the time it show server issue, and money debited my account, and not received to my friend. I Complaint on that day using chat.
    He confirmed my amount debited status. He says 2-3 days the amount is return back to your account. so wait for some days.
    Till Now there is no response for it. what actually do now?

I have enquired with my bank and jio customer care they are 100% sure that issue is not on their side. I have tried calling to tez customer care which is of no use as no one was picking up the call.     Guys i have faced this situation.don’t worry your money will never go anywhere.
    Follow these steps.
    If the payment process is still showing for 3 days then only u can follow this otherwise you have to wait for 3 days.
    First click on the payment processing.you can see the details of the transaction.there are 3 vertical dots on the above right corner click there.click the REPORT option then again confirm it.
    Within 7 working days of bank the deducted money will either come back into your account or credited into beneficiary acc.
    No need to contact customer care.
    If necessary then go to settings then help&feedback.there u can contact them via chat or call.

    I recharged my jio mobile number 8218942255 for Rs 409 Rs with MYJio application through UPI ID from TEZ and confirm Payment amount on TEZ. TEZ application Proccess this Transaction over 15 minute and they do not give any notification of this transaction but amount has been deducted from my account but recharge is not done yet. I did this transaction on 5 january 2018 and still i did not receive any recharge confirmation or money back.and when i ask to jio customer they tell me we do not get any request and payment from your side.

  53. Tez was working fine from the time I had installed it. All of a sudden, it is not working.

    I uninstalled and installed it back, it first asks me to select language ,I selected English and when I enter mobile number it just gives message ” Unfortunately Tez has stopped “.Attached is the screenshot for your reference.

    On 1st March 2018 One of my friend send me Rs. 150 from her Tez account and that was debitted from her bank account, But not credited on my bank account but my tez account showing me that i got money,
    but my main issue is that when i call to tez customer care center they told me that money wil be in u r account within 3 working days, from that day today is 8th day i didnt get my money in my account. and the second thing is that when i called my bank customer care center then they are saying it is not bank issue so we cant help u.
    today my friend, who send me money, she send call request to tez and they call back, when she ask for transaction u r member is saying that its bank issue and report to bank o tez and bank will ans. u within 7 days.

    so i have some question in my mind:
    1. is that fault of bank or tez wh showing me that i got money in my account (which is actually not happend)?
    2. from last 1 week i am complainting my issue, no action taken by u r team, and today when my friend call tez they are now showing me that “in dispute. We will notify you when there is an update”. so uptill now what your team members are doing?

  66. At first it shows payment processing need 3-5 buissness days then it fails from karnataka bank. But from sbi bank the payment will be done quickly. Why Karnataka bank’s payment is failing while the received money is added quickly.

  74. I have paid Rs.10360/- TENEB bill through Tez app 24 days before, the transaction was failed, but the amount is not refunded yet. I have called the customer care multiple times, but they are telling like we are working on that issue and they are asking to contact the Bill desk as well. I did the transaction through Tez, why I need to contact Bill desk. I did the transaction through Tezapp because it is a google product it would be more secure, but Now I feeling like I did the mistake.
